These mixed media paintings include silkscreen printing of photos taken in places of strong memory for me like the British Columbia Coast as well as Iceland and Joshua Tree.  But they are also intended to relate to our collective memories of these common structures and the universal existence of abandoned architecture.  Through this imagery I am exploring ideas of nostalgia, untold & imagined stories, memories & memory loss, gentrification and climate change.
